I was REALLY hoping as a first time chicken raiser, I could keep it clean enough, and give the right care. I thought I was doing great, until I saw wet diarrhea-like poop. (Ewww!) and blood in regular looking poop, well regular besides the blood. I knew I needed to treat or be prepared to lose probably all my flock. 
So on the treatment, we are natural, the whole point in chickens was mainly eggs, not just any eggs, GMO free eggs, organic eggs.
So today we decided the treatment as soon as we found out.
Here goes:
-1 drop Purification Essential Oil per quart of water, to help reduce build-up where Coccidiosis could thrive.
-Diffuse 5-7 drops of Thieves Essential Oil in same room as chickens, put a few drops in shavings, this oil is anti-bacterial and all that other good stuff.
-Next, a mash made up of:
2 finely grated cloves of garlic mixed with a bit of cornmeal, vitamins, a little water, and some Echinacea
I found this here, which also has more stuff on Coccidiosis.
-I also made a solution of 4 gallons water mixed with a little bit of bleach, vinegar and Thieves Cleaner, I let the feeders, waterers and anything else that was in the brooder soak in that solution for about an hour, the feeder and waterer jars longer though about an hour and a half on those. Then I let them sundry.
-For the brooder, I got some old rags, filled the bottoms with vinegar and a little bit of Thieves Cleaner and let soak for 5 mins and then started scrubbing away. Then I let them sundry
