September 2010: I received my new chicks in the mail from My Pet Chicken on September 15th. All arrived safe and sound. This page will document their growth.
Update May 2011: I currently have photos of them at 2 1/2 weeks, 6 weeks, 11 weeks, 15 weeks of age, and 7 months of age. Barnevelders - heavier body than the other chicks and much slower to feather - small wings.

Welsummer -- 7 months old and laying pretty dark brown eggs
The 2 eggs that are dark, but not the very darkest were laid by the Welsumer. The 2 darkest eggs were laid by the BCM (actually darker in person, but the flash lightened them a bit)
