Overall, this looks like a very good design. I'd wanted to give it a lower rating for the missing photos but I need to take into consideration that this was posted 12 years ago. Which also explains the low cost. In 2024 dollars, this plan will cost probably twice as much. Even considering that this should only take 2, not 3 sheets of plywood. Are there plans available for this build? That may explain the need for 3 sheets of plywood.
