    Ingredients:

    5 tbsp sugar
    3 fresh eggs
    2/3 c. hot water
    1/4 c. fresh whole milk
    1/6 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. flour
    12 frozen custard shells

    Cooking Instructions

    1. Pre-heat oven set to 400°. 2. Mix sugar and hot water, stir until sugar is dissolved. 3. In separate bowl, beat eggs slightly, add white vinegar and fresh milk. 4. Add sugar water mixture and stir until even. 5. Place frozen custard shells in a pan. 6. Fill the cups 90% to the top. 7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. 8. Remove from oven and let cool.

Note: Also known as Egg Tart. Don't beat the eggs too vigorously as the air introduced will cause the tarts to sink when cooled.
