Flourless peanut butter cookies

I use this same recipe. Super simple and the cookies taste great. I like to add mini chocolate chips to the dough or put a small pb cup on top when the cookies come right out of the oven.

OhMaGosh ... I have to make these. We have a gluten-allergic friend who will absolutely LOVE them.
