Very interesting concept, and also an interesting book, but to be in this article section I would really like to see some original content as well. Even something small, such as a short experiment where you monitor how much feed your chicks eat for a few weeks, and compare it to the values given in the table. I'll be happy to re-rate the article if you do something like this!

It's great for anyone wanting to figure it out ahead of time or even to know if their chickens aren't eating enough feed, meaning getting too many "treats."
