1 (2 1/2lb.) Chicken, cut into severing pieces.
1 egg, beaten.
1 1/2 cups of dry potato flakes.
1 stick margarine or butter.
Dip each chicken piece in egg, then roll in potato flakes.
Repeat with all chicken pieces. Melt 1 stick margarine in a shallow baking pan, then place chicken in the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
