It appears to need more ventilation. And I would replace the chicken wire with hardware cloth to keep them safe.

I like the idea of not having to lift the weight up when you move it, but do you just secure the hens inside the hutch when you wheel around?

This would work well for a grow out pen, keeps them safe and keeps them close to the adults.
