1 (16-oz.) pkg. ground beef
1 med. onion
4 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Fry, drain and set aside the ground beef. Dice the potatoes (skins left on is fine)and fry in the same skillet with the onion diced up till soft and brown. Season as you go. Add the meat back into the skillet with the potatoes and onions. Stir in soup and milk. More milk can be added if too dry. Just heat the soup through and serve!
