Our silkie rooster has been very violent lately but that is to a whole separate hen. This particular hen, Judy has had some white crunchy stuff on her wing feathers. They aren’t fluffy and full like the other two silkies. She’s separated from the other two her in flock. She is in a clean tub with food and water in our garage. She is eating and drinking. The reason we separated her is because she feels light. We did this why our other silkie hen and it seemed to work she gained weight and isn’t so sluggish anymore. She’s loving the heat of the lamp. As she sat in front of the lamp warming up, I noticed she’s got a red sore (pimple like) right by her eye. Is there anymore we can do? And if there are medicines we might need, how can we get them? We would appreciate multiple opinions/ options.
Also neither of these Silkie hens are laying (they are 8 months old) is this due to stress
Thanks!
