----------UPDATE---------
This old feedback system is no longer maintained. Feedback is now tied to our new Buy Sell Auction (BSA) system
-----------------------------

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK IN THIS THREAD~IT WILL BE REMOVED

As our hobby and our wonderful community has become more popular we've seen an influx of new transactions in the Buy Sell Trade sections of BYC.

As stated in each BST section, any and all transactions between BYC members is at the risk of the buyer and seller and the BYC staff will not moderate any transactions. We strongly advise all buyers and sellers do all they can to review the history of those with whom they are entering transactions with. For example, it is always a good idea to Private Message a member who has had a successful transaction with the seller prior to sending payment.

BYC staff's non-involvement in BST transactions and the suggestion to review a seller or buyer's history has created a need for a feedback system.

We've created a temporary solution using a basic feedback form. We've been tweaking this form over the past few weeks and hope to eventually have this system tied seamlessly into the forum while making the data easier to filter and search.

You can access the beta version of the BST Seller / Buyer Feedback System using these links:

Results Page Of All Feedback Provided

Please give the system a try and reply here with your thoughts. Again, the long term goal is to have this seamlessly integrated into the forum.♠

Looks great. THe only thing I would suggest is change the order of ratings.
Instead of by date, have it listed alphabetically by the one being rated. So I can look up someone's feedback alphabetically.

Looks great!!!

A small suggestion? Consider placing information about scale direction in a prominent spot at the top of each sheet of results? It may serve as a reminder to those who have entered feedback but may have forgotten. And might help those who only review the results sheet interpret the feedback. At the moment, there are only 5s and 1s, an a quick read tells the reader that a 5 is good news -- but with time, as the range of values increase, there could be some confusion.

Might also help to bold the words "satisfied" and "dissatisfied" next to scale buttons - might make the direction of the scale more salient to folks like me that are directionally challenged..

I ditto that one too! I like to type in someone's name and take a look at their feedbacks, very much like Eggbid status.
