I have been using eggbid for 3-4 years now and am now having issues regarding credits to my account.

I paid my account several months ago and it has not been credited. So, recently when I received some bids from fake buyers, I asked for credit on the auctions and a simple note to please adjust my account.

Well, no reply and no adjustments. My account is well over $200 now. Is anyone else having problems like this at this time?

I want to stay in good standings with them as it is the easiest way for me to sell and keep track of those sales. Any suggestions?

I think last time I had an issue, I had to find the owners phone number and call direct.

It looks to be pretty profitable.

That sounds nice! That way BYC will get some profits from all the egg auctions that people offer on here. I've wondered about that, also.​
 
I've had problems with contacting Eggbid moderators and sometimes they dont even bother to look into the problem. Makes me wonder if they are sleeping on the job. The recent one was a lady in OK that wanted to buy my pet quality Spitzhaubens and I did list it NO shipping. Well I've tried and still can NOT ship birds. I contacted Eggbid twice and they didnt' even bother with reading or responding to the fees that I should not incur because of the buyer's mistake of not reading my ad that I do NOT ship birds.

Good luck in getting a hold of anyone on Eggbid.

As for BYCBid.com, I say go for it!!!! What do you moderators think????????
 
The few problems I've had with eggbid never got a response either. I think it's almost completely automated and they just set back and let it run itself with no oversight.
