I hope you don't mind but, how much was the surgery? Tomorrow will be day 3 for my hen also, same problem... I think she has sour crop and I've been giving her monistat 7 and yogurt. I've also added apple cider vinegar to her water. Today she went out with other hens foraging, she ate worms I watched her, but when I brought her in she would not touch the oiled bread and yogurt. I forced the yogurt down her with a water rinse.
