As for hatching, my last hatch was my first for Marans, and my advice would be to set humidity kinda normal - Mine was around 45-50%. As for lockdown, I don't change humidity at all, maybe up it 5%, but on hatch day I take it to 65%
Oh, and I'm not sure if this goes for most people - But my Marans usually don't hatch until day 22-23.

As of yesterday I have 16 pretty little eggies for the batormonster. I am going to collect today and tomorrows eggs and then set. Will post egg pics when I'm finished collecting.

Okay PEEPS, I just set 25 Marans eggs and 5 B/B/S Ameraucana eggs for hatch on 4/21.
It's a little crowded right now until tomorrow morning when the 13 Barnevelder eggs on the left go into lockdown.
