I have 2 lavender Orpington roos for my 20 something flock of hens. Curious what happens if you breed the lavender Orpington rooster with Blue Australorp hen. Also, has anyone bred lav Orpington roo with salmon faverolle hen?

So true! As soon as it’s dawn, they want out! Sometimes will leave door closed until 8am to encourage them to lay eggs in boxes before jetting out for the day, but alas- no luck so far! They just want out right meow!
