    about to give up

    second batch in less than a month that has come out as a disaster. first batch was in a LG, 4 dozen eggs and 10 hatched. this batch was in a hovabator 4 dz also and 13 hatched. held temps good, humidity was good just can't figure it out.     I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just can't seem to get it right. My eggs make it all the way to the end and then die in the last few days. All develop good, pip and then die. I hold temps good and raise humidity to 65-75, just don't understand. Real frustrating can someone help? thanks, Brian

    need a little wisdom;) . I have a 7 month old buff roo that has been servicing my girls and I noticed today that the tip of his comb is becoming black. Thinking it could be frost bite but someone mentioned that this is a sign of infertility. Does anyone know? thanks, Brian

    hatching friday!!!!!

    well kinda sad news, lost all the remaining eggs. appears they could not break out. I checked each one and found it fully developed. the humidity was good (65-70%) only thing I can figure was they shrink wrapped while removing the other chicks. but they had to come out. any ideas?
