It doesn't seem it interfere with her walking or roosting at all. It just looks pretty bad and I have no clue what to do about it.

I have a hen that has this growth on top of and between her toes. I brought her in, cleaned it up and thought it might be soft and need to be drained. But, it is hard and when I did try to lance it, there was only a small amount of blood that came out. Does anyone know what this might be and...

Thank you! I went a head and put the 4 that have already hatched under her early this morning.....it seems like she is going to take to them quite well.

I have a hen that is broody. I also have eggs starting to hatch and I'm wanting to put them with the hen. Is that safe to do, or do I have to keep them in a brooder for a while before putting them with her?

I do not believe she's egg bound, she has been like this for a couple weeks. She eats and drinks with no problem. She even chases bugs, she hops on one leg, but she will chase them. She will stand on both legs, but usually hops wherever she goes.

Does anyone have a clue?

My hen has this huge tumor like mass on the right underside of her abdomen. I have drained it once and was able to get some light yellowish fluid out but it did not get much smaller at all and it was very hard. Does anyone have a clue what this could be or how to treat her?

This one has feathers on her legs.
