    Yes he is a Chocolate Silver Birchen. The girls are nice too but he is more flashy. They are all friendly even though I was gone all summer. They remember me from growing up in my bathroom I guess.

    I need to get better pictures but I’m really pleased how my Orpingtons came out. I ended up out of my 6 with 3boys and 3 girls. I kept 3girls and a boy . Here is the boy . The cage in the background is a growout pen for my silkie crosses.

    It can’t sit up on its own because it’s leg doesn’t work right. It wants to go backwards. It drank when I offered water and it’s being propped up in a cup .

    Mom is either .. Or The Dad’s sire is this hatchery silkie below. Every cross with either the white or black silkie hen above with my blue silkie below has been either blue or black. The Sires mom is this little hen.
