This is an old thread, but just curious if you ever tried this cross and what was the result? The pictures of the desired outcome that others posted were lovely. I haven't heard of any blue laced silver wyandottes out there yet ... but maybe you have some coming along? :)

Does anyone know if it is safe to hatch eggs when the hen is on Corid? My gut says no, that the thiamine blocking properties may result in chick vitamin deficiencies. But this I a guess and I am not sure how long you would need to wait after administering the Corid treatment. Thanks!

Just curious - in searching old threads for something else entirely I came across this thread. If you get "barred" chicks from this cross are they "cuckoo" colored?
