    Does anyone in this group use a brinsea incubator? If so did you buy it in state or online? What has been your experience with there products? Just doing some research and the company site says they have a Alabama distributor, but one isn't listed? Thanks.

    Ideal Poultry!

    So my 12 Cochins all made it safe, they spent the first few hours warming in our bathroom in a Rubbermaid tub, but they are all doing well in the brooder now. I got 10 extra peanuts, all but one of them made the trip and they all seem to be doing well also. Anyone have any ideas what these guys...

    Welcome. We are not far south from you. In the upper left corner of Elmore county(Holtville). I have Cochins, light brahmas and barred rocks for now. I will likely be culling out the brahmas and PBR's as I have become very fond of my Cochins. Glad you are enjoying your birds.

    I knew it was normal to make the holes and dust themselves it just kind of freaked me out to see her laying almost on her side, but then when she jumped up and came running for her treats I figured she was fine. Thanks for the confirmation.
