Hi. I posted a few weeks ago and was thinking Roo but Dolly is now 10weeks and I’m thinking pullet. She is supposed to be a sex link but I was thinking maybe mixed up at the hatchery. Thoughts now that she’s older?

My gut is telling me that but I am hoping I’m wrong. I assumes so. Just hate it. I went with BSL for a reason. Thanks for the info.

curious what your chicks are now that they are older. I have a BSL that I am not sure is a BSL anymore.

Hi. I got what I thought were 2 black sex link chicks. They are developing feathers in a very different way. I’m worried one is a Roo of a different breed. They are 5-6 weeks old. Thoughts? Dolly has the larger comb and Dottie has a more developed tail. Thanks Holly

Thanks. It seems to flucate from minute to minute even a few hours after she lays. I have watched a the color fade right before my eyes. It's so weird. Everything else is fine.

Hi My 7 month old EE has had a pale comb off and on for 2 days. Sometimes it is pink like normal and sometimes it gets pale. She is acting normal, laying normal and eating normal. I have read on some posts it can be the heat but my other chickens have had their normal comb. Picture attached...
