Recieved my chicks, what do you think they are

This is the buff brahma pic from my pet chickens site and pretty much exactly what the one in the back looks like and they do have both easter egger bantams and oeg bantams. I will try to get better pics. All the other birds have 5 toes so they are silkies.

Recieved my chicks, what do you think they are

I ordered 10 chicks from my pet chicken, bantam assortment. The post office screwed up and missed the delivery to my local post office were they had my neighbors number to call her so she could bring them to my place. So they sat over night at the post office, the next town over. They originally...

My Americauna bantams and Golden Sebright bantams (pics)

I purchased them from a local breeder who called them americauna. I really couldnt tell you the difference between them and easter eggers. All i know is they lay green/blue eggs and one lays pink eggs. I don't know the difference between the 2 kinds. Neither is a pure breed and as far as i am...

Pics of my fainters, dwarfs and pyrenees

They are plastic chains that have a link that breaks if they get there horns or anything else hooked on it so they don't choke themselves. They are not wearing them anymore as i got sick of putting them back on, but i miss hearing the bells dinging.

My coop in its new location with a covered run

I have not locked them up all summer. It is actually more secure now than it was since its fully covered and closed in now. I know the plastic netting on top isn't really secure but with the barn cats, 5 dogs running around and the goats constantly making noise nothing has bothered them or come...

My coop in its new location with a covered run

The coop was actually a temporary goat house I made till my barn was done. I didn't want to just throw it out so I made it a chicken coop. I had it in the pen with my goats and they loved the company but my great pyrenees decided they like chicken. Anyway this is the new spot with 5 ft fence on...

Do chickens adjust to moving there coop?

I had to move my chickens coop today and give them there own pen. I had them in with my Fainting and Nigerian goats. The problem is i have added a couple of Great Pyrenees pups and they made one of my chickens disappear. Will they get used to the new location pretty quick or will they jump...
