    Duck being attacked by chickens

I have a female muscovy duck that I've had for almost 3 years. Recently she's been being attacked by some hens and this morning they managed to draw blood. I have subsequently separated them but just wondered if anyone had any useful suggestions or advice. Thanks

    molting or something else?

to me that looks like she is malting and the new feathers are coming through. It can sometimes take a while for them to grow back and the bird can look strange

Best way to introduce two hens

Luckily he's only a bantam and all my other birds are large fowl birds so hopefully he won't do too much damage. I have another bird with damage and so once they are used to each other was hoping to separate a few birds from the flock to give them rest. The article was really helpful:D
