Was just wondering if anyone had any advice. I posted a month or so ago about adding in new hens and relieved some great feedback. The new hens are now in with the other girls however one of them is very timid even if the other hens aren't anywhere near she will still squawk and run away but the other hen had a lot of feather damage on her back from a cockerel and it's been unable to heal due to the hens establishing the pecking order. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what I could do...All help welcome

The feather damage will be fixed by the annual molt. Broke and other wise damaged feathers are not replaced till then. Feathers that are pulled out completely will. If the others are pulling out the blood feathers as they come out then you may have to consider some protection or isolation for her during that week or so while they finish growing.
