Bullied hen

We got this poor sweet Frizzle Easter Egger as part of a group of new hens. She’d been bullied previously and I don’t know that she’s gotten any better in the 2-3 weeks we’ve had her. I’ve seen her pecking other hens and them pecking her. She’s missing so many feathers I’m worried for her with Fall and Winter around the corner. Her wings are horrible and her butt is pretty bare.

Any suggestions? I don’t really have a place to keep her isolated. And there are multiple hens who pick on her.

I didn't have a separate place to put my victim/bully. I finally enclosed a small area in my coop, as it was mid-March and cold. This time of year, I would enclose her in part of the run, and put a small dog crate in there for a "coop" for her.
