Magpie with warm underneath and considerable feather loss

Hi I have a 2 year old magpie hybrid who has lost a lot of feathers recently which I assumed was malting. I have now noticed she's lost a lot of feathers around her back end and her oil duct. Also her underneath has lost a considerable amount of feathers and is bare plus when I handled her today she was very warm underneath. Her behaviour is normal except she hasn't layed in a number of months as far as I know (unless she is eating them). Any advice appreciated.
