I just got an incubator!!!!!! I am going to hatch my first batch on Feb. 2nd (Groundhog day) and I can not wait! I know nothing about hatching though, so be prepared for the occasional question......LOL

Oh geez, do not get me started on winter. Can. Not. Stand. It. Frozen hoses, frostbitten combs, frozen noses, heat lamps not working, short days. Ok, I'll stop now. LOL

Hello! Geez, I feel bad it has taken me so long to reply! Yes, I think chickens are a lot like people. They fight even when there is not a reason to......man, sounds like you've lost quite a few birds lately, so sorry! I hope your hen is able to replace what you've lost! I hope to get a broody soon.....mine are doing good. Processed two roosters today, but at least I won't be feeding them alllllll winter. I'd make this longer, but I'm about to crash and take some Zzzzzzzz's. Night, night!
