i have no problem culling this chicken. i love my chickens, but if one is going to infect the rest of my flock then i will just cull it out. If i choose to go ahead and give the non-symptomatic chickens some LA200, will it hurt them?

Definitly not a wyandotte. Although wyandottes can have a small single comb on rare occasions. I would say this is a blue copper maran.
