    More Progress! Windows are wired, cut and framed. Plexiglas coming soon. Chicken door is cut and roost shelf installed and nestbox trimmed. Renters should be moving in this weekend and not too soon they are being evicted from their current residence.

    It's official, there is a new Backyard Chickens Mascot. Got my fuzzies this last week. Still trying to figure out what they are. They came from my pet chicken, the brown egg laying grab bag... should be fun! Got the door on their new home this weekend. Should have their new digs ready in...

    Ordered 6 hatchery hens that should arrive next week! Made some more progress on the chicken coop this weekend.

    New to chickens besides nuggets and grocery store eggs... Looking for 6 egg producers... Mainly Plymouth Rock Rhode Island or Orpington Would rather buy chicks than eggs somewhere in Beafort county anyone have any leads? Thanks.
