Gererally, if a chicken is a lighter colour (white,buff etc.) they will have a plain white beak...
If they are splash,cuckoo,mille fluer etc. they will have a patchy or black/grey beak...
If they are black,blue etc. they will have a black/grey beak

I think you could get some jubilee orpingtons, cross them with light coloured jubilee orps, then maybe again with mottled coloured birds.
