Toulbunt orpington??

Is it possible to create this color in the orpingtons? If so how would i even start?? Any suggestions are much appreciated

Yes, it is possible. If you have plenty of money just get some Jubilee and gold laced Orpingtons from Greenfire Farms, breed them together. Breed the F1s together and about one in sixty four will be tolbunt.

Tolbunt is basically gold lacing with mottling, so you need a gold laced and any mottled (usually Jubilee, who Greenfire is NOT the only one who has them) to work on a slow process to the goal.

Yah to say the least, a person contacted me, and to get birds to them in the states it was going to be north of 1500... so yah importing birds is not cheap

I think you could get some jubilee orpingtons, cross them with light coloured jubilee orps, then maybe again with mottled coloured birds.
