    Chicken coop dangerous for Quail???????

I had an old chicken coop and I fixed it up, painted, replaced boards etc.... It is about 4 feet tall and I was wondering if I could use it as a quail coop? I heard from someone that you can't use tall chicken coops for quail, because they will fly up, hit the roof and then break their necks...

    Sexing my Ducks by Voice?

My male to female duck ratio. I am thinking 3 drakes and 16 hens. I dont want the females to stressed out, since I want them to produce lots of eggs. So do you think that 3 to 16 is the perfect ratio or do you think I should get rid of one of my drakes?

How do you sex your ducks?

They look like Pekins to me. Really the only breeds that they sell at my TSC are Pekins and Khaki Campbells.

    Duck Hutches

That is half of the ducklings. There was about 15 chicks in there. They were dorkings and Swedish flower hens. The duck breeds in there are Cayuga, Duclair, Welsh Harlequin and Saxony. We had about twenty five chicks and ducks in there so it is a bit messy. They are now in a spacey brooder in...
