    Post pictures of your coop with hardware cloth?

    I used bottle caps with screws instead of washers. They rough edges grab the wire really well and the fun part is collecting the caps.

    No names here other than: Roosters, Hens, Pullets, Cockerals and chicks. My 3 year old son calls all of them chickies.

    Cool idea...great way to let a few chicks enjoy some fresh grass and still have a warm dry place if needed. I could see a Rooster in there chillng out while the hens take a much needed break. Or a new chicken in there until you can make sure it is healthy. Your grass will get greener every time...

    Hey Duck Boy I noticed that Hawks legs really turned from yellow/green to very green as she got older. She will be a great looking hen soon!

    I saw Pekings in a bin at TSC and a lady asked what kind of ducks are these and the guy said "plain white ducks." I said "mam they are pekings "and he said "know sir they are plain white ducks".     Martha Stewart Television Show Wants You!

    I actually sold a few EE chicks yesterday as a result of people seeing her show. They already owned chickens but did not have any that lay tinted eggs and wanted to add some of those to their flock. Awareness helps us all. Martha may help make chickens the in thing for some of her loyal followers.
