Our Chicken Palace on Wheels We move it pretty much every day. The chicks and turks love being on fresh ground. We have had some critters investigate (bent electric wire) but no one has been successful. Its a great setup and easy for us to move around. Hubby built it out of dog kennel parts...

Chicken Palace (aka Chicken Tractor) -- The pics are finally loaded

No -- we don't need a grounding rod because the cage is the ground. Trust me .. hubby (and the dog unwittingly) tested it. And yes, it works! ZZZAAPPP The dog won't come within 50 feet of the tractor now -- lol

Thanks everyone -- all I wanted was a pvc pipe tractor. Hubby had other ideas! FYI -- this unit weighs about 150 lbs (with tarps)

Freezer Camp is In Session! And a BIG THANK YOU

Awesome results Tsarg! Mind if you give a few more details of how you raised your birds? Did you free-range them or just keep them in a coop? How much space did you need for 25? Thanks Donna
