What breed is this and is it boy or girl?

If you look toward the tail the feathers are rounded =hen. If the feathers are pointed/also known as saddle feathers, it will be a Rooster.

Usually around 6 months of age. If any older we use them in stewing dishes; slow cooker.

Taste the same as a chicken egg. They make great cakes too ! Mine free range in the yard; they do stay around the farm and do not tend to wander.

They are great heritage Breed meat chickens. We have crossed them with our Light Brahmas and Jersey Giants. They are huge! These are really sharp looking, tight clean birds. Able to take care of themselves and any chicks. Worth every penny on your farm!

Excellent ! They are quiet, easy to tame, lay eggs and raise and hatch them without any help. They are my favorite duck breed out of all I have had ! :)

A full grown roo with batnams? hellllpppp

I have raised standards and bantams together for many years. However, be aware that the large roo can hurt the little hens. I have lost some of my bantam hens because the larger roo "popped" their neck when trying to mate. They can successfully mate too without problems, it just depends on how...

    I have a fuzzy butt!

Absolutely normal when they "quiet" down. Sometimes they will start to pip, you think they will never hatch; then you go do something else(dishes, laundry etc) and they are already out and half dry when you get back. It usually takes eggs from 1-3 days to hatch, some are just quicker than...
