    A couple brief questions about electric fencing

    Nothing you cand do. You still need something else burriend in the ground like hardware cloth. The elec fence is just a extra backup. I wouldnt go with just electric by itself

    Usuall TSC is cheaper on there bales of shaving. I think the last time i bought some it was 5 dollars. I think the pellets are about the same price as a bale of shavings.

    I get a truckload of lightbread once a week or two. I feed to the cows and the hogs, Is it ok to feed someto the chickens to cut down the cost. It usuall is bread, cakes, honey buns, etc........................Not moldy just a day or 2 out of date

    I think 2 years. I thought maybe that could be it. But i am now seeing feathers? Is there something else to look for when a hen goes to molt?
