    im asking this for my friend, she'd like to know. What are the local chicken laws for Hopkinton, MA (its 10 minuets away from Boston, MA)? my friend lives there, and she wants to raise chickens, but we don't know where to look for her local laws, so im wondering if any of you guys know.

    Which one do you guys recomend to do for chicks. let them sleep in the nesting boxes, or use a roost? and when i say which one, i mean which one should they have for them forever? i was just wondering, which one to have my chicks get use to.

    Well, my heat lamp just broke,(bulb is fine) and my chicks are on their way, could i just use a normal lamp + the heat bulb?
