I'm a lurker... But did not bug out. Between this board and another one I'm on, I have done 121 quilt blocks, a table runner, 4 mug rugs in the last 30 days. Oh yeah, and I finished my bachelors degree (only 25 years after starting!).
And now I have two more table runners and about 6 mug rugs...
Ladies-
Use the flat rate priority mailers to send your blocks. They cost no more than $6, include tracking and get from the west coast to east coast in 3-4 days tops. If you get the bubble mailers they fit over 25 - 12" blocks (or whatever). Whatever fits in it, ships in it.
Mine are in the mail today too, sent priority.
You can order priority flat rate bubble envelopes from usps.com, there is no charge for them and you're able to put ALOT of stuff in them. Like up to 10 yards of fabric if you fold it right. Those envelopes are $5.80 to ship, including tracking. I...
Very cute... getting those darn points to line up is not easy and don't let anyone tell you a pinwheel is for beginners!! The baby and parents will love it. :-)
Just finished a swap for another board, did 21 blocks, 6 different patterns in about 2 evenings. Excited to be able to make more than 4 of a pattern this time!!
