Purchased this beauty as a pullet at a flock swap. What do you think? Not sure on age, best guess is 8-10 weeks? Guesses on that would be appreciated as well
Okay, I posted these two about a month ago and they were virtually twins. Said both were cockerels. Fast forward, one is without a doubt male but the other... not as red, less comb/wattles, more petite. Maybe I'm hoping against hope haha. What do you think? First 3 pics are the bird in question...
No, I got 6 Polish from one NPIP breeder (ended up with 5/1 cockerels) 7 EEs from another (2 pullets, 1 unknown, 4 cockerels) and these two I got from a flock swap from someone selling a trio with an obvious cockerel and these two. He was willing to separate when I asked because I said I had...
Darn, I was suspicious weeks ago but this confirms it. Was sold them as pullets and told older than they actually were Such is life I guess. My first chickens so I'm learning
15 chicks and got 11 cockerels 3 pullets (at least the Polish is very much looking pullet) and 1 unknown with a roo comb...
The person I got these from hatched from a mixed flock, they said RIR mix so I guessed that's what the roo was. They are somewhere in the area of 8/9 weeks old. What do you think?

Definitely will... this one has me stumped. I posted my crew younger around 5 weeks old, and out of the 7 it looked like I had 5 cockerels (including this one) and 2 pullets. The 2 pullets are still very feminine, yellow single combs etc. The other 4 suspected boys are very much roos in...
This is the only one thats baffling me. Out of the 7, 4 cockerels were very obvious with large red combs & wattles early (bigger than this one now) and the pullets are still yellow and single combed. This one has the 3 lined comb thats pink (it looks darker in this photo, the outside headshots...
Is it possible my blue EE is a pullet and has a true peacomb? The 2 obvious pullets have single rows, and the other 4 were cockerels. The boys all have cherry red big combs and obvious red wattles and two are starting to crow. And then there's this one... 3 row comb but no wattles to speak of...
