    I live right in town ,s o we cant shoot anything the park is on one side and house all around .& you can't shoot in town .we only 1/4 mile from the towns intersection.

    all the rest of the birds are fine . none are week or acting sick. she lays almost every day. shells & eggs are fine. just the pinkish comb. she goes outside whenever she wants . when we got her it was really red.

    yes I use a food scale. I wanted a egg scale but they don't go verry high. so said why not use a food scale . that way if I want to sell them I can weigh the box to see if it makes the same weight per dozen.

    how cod is to cold ? my duck have a large dog house filled w/ straw it was -5last night & gets around -20 here. do they need more I know there bodies stay warm what about there feet.
