So it looks like the quail eggs... might have 2 fertile eggs. I'm pretty excited Won't know for certain for a while now. Another 8-10 days and if anything hatches, I'll be egg-static, LOL!

My incubation experiment is in full swing. I'm turning the eggs by hand - good lord. Thank the Gods I only have 7 eggs to turn . Heat, which was kept quite low for the first few hours, is now at a balmy 97.5 F. Will candle the eggs on day five and see if anything is starting inside

So it appears after stopping at 9 eggs, the conure eggs are all duds. I have two hens. **Golf cheer** AH well. It was good while it lasted. Now next on my list of things to do is get some quail eggs from Superstore and do my incubation experiment I have a shoddy incubator and I'm using eggs that may not hatch, but I figure what the hell. It'll be fun to try at least
