    My husband brought home a hen tonight.she's limping and it looks green. What can I do for her? Is it gangrene? I don't want to infect my others with something either. please help. There's no smell. And she was able to jump up to the roost.

    I found a blue bulb (looks like a red heat lamp) in with my grandpas things. Im just curious as to what it would be for? Is it safe for chicken coops? I googled it I guess its called a "blue flood lamp"
