    Great job Katie! I have a black Lab that is great with the chickens but thinks the only thing she needs to defend all of us against is the chipmunks. If she sees one she barks her crazy head off and chases it up a tree and stands guard at the base until she's sure the yard is once again safe.

    Mine hide in the funniest places when it down pores, picture 9 hens and a huge RIR roo all hiding under one lawn chair. I wish I could have gotten a picture of that but I didn't want to get my camera wet! But when it's a light rain or misting out they seem really happy and forage even harder...
