    Oh do it! They are such a captivating breed. We love our 2 Wyandotte girls and wish we had space for more. (We can fit 5, maybe 6 hens all up but have some Barnevelder eggs in the incubator now... The Wyandotte roosters are something else tho. Can't get over how friendly and gentle they are...

    Thank you yes! We hope so... trying to toughen up and consider the alternative as time passes. Funny thing is after that initial and most excellent round of crowing (our 7 year old kiddo ran out and shushed him), he hasn't tried it again since... at least while we are home!
