It looks pretty flat this morning.
I'd just monitor her crop for several more days. I wouldn't separate her out unless she's getting picked on. If you find it's necessary to treat her crop, just pull her aside every day and treat her. I leave my birds with their flock since it's really...
Likely it's nothing that would affect the quality of her eggs, but if you are concerned about consuming them, consider cooking a few of them up and feeding them back to her and the others are a little treat.
Compost the rest or just toss them.
It may be time to give him a flush to see if he's able to pass most of the material.

Can you post current photos of her without being wrapped up?
Is she alert and able to drink/eat on her own?
She's suffered some head trauma from the attack. Even though it's been several days, give her a little sugar water. 1tsp sugar to 1cup water. See if she perks up a little.
Then...
Hard to tell, looks like a roundworm in the poop to me along with possibly a few tapeworm proglottids.
Have you dewormed her?
Treat the bugs with the Permethrin dust, do this in 7 day intervals.
It would be a good idea to get Permethrin based spray and treat housing too.
To treat most...
Please post photos of your hen.
She's drinking a lot of water, but has little interest in food. Please check her crop, is it empty first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.

Did the ultrasound show any material inside the abdomen?
If you are feeling an egg inside the vent and it feels like there's tissue around it, you may be feeling an internally laid egg or perhaps some lash material, etc. in the abdomen.
Unfortunately, you would not be able to...
So, no longer scabby, it's healed and just a smooth lump of tissue?
If so, that sounds pretty good. I'm still not sure what it may be, but if the tissue looks healthy, there's a bit of promise there.
What do you feed, including treats?
Her poop is green, which may be from not eating well. She's also quite fluffed and unkempt looking.
Have you treated for Coccidiosis and/or worms recently?
I'm not sure.
Contact your County Agricultural Extension Office to see if they have that information or likely you can look up ordinances for your County online.
Hopefully the Vet can see her, but in the meantime, you can try giving Tart Cherry Extract to see if that makes any difference.

Offer some wet mushy feed, see if that helps get things moving.
It does sound like he may have consumed too much sand or grit. Hopefully he'll be able to pass the material.
I'm glad Daffodil is eating/drinking on her own now and doing much better.
The next girl, how lovely is she!
I'd check her crop each morning before she eats/drinks, if it's not emptying then treat as Sour Crop. I don't think it Pendulous at this point, usually you see that in much older...
😂 Sorry!
Glad it's not an eye pus or eye worm video then, that would have been bad. FYI, eye worms are fairly rare in the US except in tropical areas, but they are pretty common in other parts of the world. It's interesting to see, but disturbing to see a mass of tiny worms with pus pushed...
In the video, it's hard to tell, does she have any crusty material in her eye?
Check inside her beak for any lesions or canker.
I'd lean toward this possibly being respiratory infection. Do you have any Tylosin on hand?

Hopefully the swelling is from injury. I see a little scabbing/minor scratches on Pancake's comb on that side.
I'd put a little Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in and around the eye twice a day for a few days to see if that helps reduce some of the swelling...
