    I saw a gradual decline, but it was only over a week..the first time it happened. First his head wasn't as upright..and then slowly he got worse until he seemed to think that his neck stretching under his belly was upright. When he got it again, it was sudden.

    I followed Alan Stanford's treatment on my 8 month old silkie and he recovered fully, but it took 2 weeks to see ANY results and 1 month for him to recover fully---but he did recover! We also made a sling for him so he wouldn't hurt himself flipping over. Good luck!
