    I'm really surprised but she is cooling down! I gave her some frozen grapes and cooled her down in the tub again. She has remained cooler. This little bird is SUCH a fighter! I can't believe how far she's come. I truly believe she's going to make a complete recovery!

    it is not due to outside temps. Last night it was in the low 60s and she was still panting. It's not hot enough to have our air on, I'm comfortable (HATE the heat!) and she's in her cage with a fan on her. She's still panting. She is VERY hot to the touch.
