Her vent looks prolapsed. You can try honey and pushing it back in. Apply preparation H after to help with swelling. Is her vent protruding? It usually looks like an innie belly button, kind of. In this pic it looks prolapsed
It sounds like periontitis. Do you have access to any antibiotics? I gave me hen some amoxicillin that I had from one of my kids being sick. Seemed to work:)
Yeah!!! Today she laid a soft shelled egg!!! Her prolapse is back in, thanks to the preparation h!!! Thank you so much for all your input!!! Any other suggestions, let me know!!! Woohhooo, and her tail is up and she looks great:)

she is eating and drinking fine. Had "yolk" coming out of vent. Gave her some amoxicillin, all I had. But her skin is very red, and her vent appears prolapsed. Help!!!

Its funny, because when I looked at them in person, I did not notice the white tips, but definitely can see them in the pic. Thank you much! I am going to really examine them further tomorrow. Just so fearful of some other illness.
