Chicken Breathing Hard

I adopted a chicken from a shelter, got her home and noticed she is breathing very hard. Her abdomen is swollen, liquidy and squishy. She is not pooping. I have given her Monistat for any sour crop, cottage cheese, and lubricated her vent with olive oil. She is sitting on a heating pad now. Does this sound like an egg bound chicken, or. Respiratory issue???

It looks like it could be a lash egg. She is probably an internal layer. She could also have ascites or water belly if her lower belly is swollen and squishy. A vet could xray her and tell for sure.
