There is a method of sexing by wing feathers. They be to old for that but you can google it. I found it really accurate the times i have used it

There is also a way by looking at the wing feathers. One row is rooster two rows is a hen, or vise versa. Id have to look it up to be sure but i always found that to be really accurate. You do this before they are 5-6 days old
